We went to a Harvest Festival today in Noe Valley and decided to test drive our Halloween costumes.

Hey all.

Well, Lazlo's goopy eye finally cleared. I am sure he his happy not to have us CONSTANTLY picking and rubbing at it. He is even more handsome without a big puffy runny goopy eye. He is very busy and very good natured. He got his sleep rhythm totally messed up on vacation but is back in the swing of things now. He sets a good example for his sister (albeit one that is ignored).

He is waiting for the news regarding his new east coast buddy. Last he heard Jipala was going into labor, but there has been no further news. Anyone know anything?

The Latest

Hi all,

Man, it has been a while. So much has been going on.

Lazlo is eating bananas and avocados. He is a good eater. He is also sitting up like a champ.

We went on vacation to Los Osos with a bunch of family. It was a lot of fun.

We've basically been up to a lot of fun summertime activity.

Childcare continues to be a struggle. But we are still getting some good Nathan time in on a regular basis. Anyone know a reliable childcare provider?

OH NO!

Well, Our new nanny quit. She said the job was too hard. Dag.
Luckily, Kristi, Nathan's mom, has stepped up to the plate in a big way and offered to take a leave of absence from work and care for the boys till we can figure something out.
Thank god.


Aside from that, all goes well with The Laz.

He makes his mama and daddy and sister very happy.

The Wrecking Crew

This is Lazlo (on the left) and his new buddy Nathan. They are going to be share care partners for the next couple or years. We have contracted with a wonderful caregiver by the name of Regina. She is from Brazil so the boys should be fluent in Portuguese by their first birthdays. We are very excited.

In other Lazlo news, he is really starting to get it together. He focuses and smiles and coos and it is very heartwarming.

Howdy

We are wickid happy to announce the healthy arrival of our new son and brother. He is a really big boy. As mom and dad are both relatively shrimpy, we don't know where this comes from. It sure made it hard to get him out (just ask Maury).

Anyhow, he is bringing us lots of joy and multiplying the love in our home exponentially. Imagine that! These little people are so much more powerful than we give them credit for. They are perfect in their little zen like ways...cry when hungry, poops when full, sleep when tired, smile when content...we can learn a lot from them.
